What will you do?
As Project Coordinator, you are the link between sales, production, and our manufacturing facility. You ensure that projects are tightly organized and that clients receive exactly what we promised.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and following up on quotes
- Processing orders
- Purchasing furniture and project-related supplies
- Monitoring schedules and delivery dates
- Coordinating with our factory and internal teams
- Identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions
- Supporting the sales process where necessary
In short: You bring oversight, structure, and calm to a dynamic project environment.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who gets energy from organizing and enjoys working in an environment where design and customization meet.

- Zeer nauwkeurig en gestructureerd kunnen werken
- Communicatief sterk en makkelijk schakelen met verschillende partijen

- Zelfstandig, maar ook een echte teamspeler
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement
- Fluency in English is a plus
